HUNDREDS OF DUPLICATE VOTERS FOUND IN MINNESOTA, MILLIONS OF NEW YORK VOTER REGISTRATIONS LACK PROPER ID

An election integrity group has filed six lawsuits in Minnesota after finding 515 duplicate registrants on the state’s voter rolls.

Per Just the News, conservative nonprofit Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed the lawsuits in Nicollet, Dakota, Hennepin, Olmstead, Todd, and Ramsey counties.

One of the duplicate voters, PILF President J. Christian Adams told the outlet, is a convicted child sex offender living in a mental hospital who “managed to cast two ballots in the 2020 election.”

Additionally, PILF announced in a press release last week that 3.1 million registered voters in New York lacked personal identifying information, making it difficult for the state to maintain its voter rolls.

Under the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voter registrants are required to provide their driver’s license number or the last four digits of their Social Security number for a state to accept their application. Registrants who do not possess either must be assigned “unique identifying numbers” by the state.

According to the PILF report, the Department of Justice Voting Section is tasked with enforcing the provisions of HAVA.

However, Adams told Just the News that, since former President George W. Bush left office in 2009, “there’s been nothing out of the Voting Section at the DOJ to fix this problem.”

“States should be performing data entry competently,” Adams further noted in the PILF release. “New York has a list of all registered voters affected by this problem and can immediately get to work to fix it. The Department of Justice should be the entity enforcing federal list maintenance obligations against New York, not private charities.”

Over the past year, PILF has sounded the alarm in multiple states over improper voter roll maintenance. In June, the organization revealed that New Jersey had more than 8,000 duplicate voters on its rolls. Further, last November, the group filed a lawsuit against Michigan’s Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson upon finding there could be more than 25,000 deceased voters still registered.

In response to the nonprofit’s New York report, U.S. Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., issued a statement calling for an immediate investigation.

“I am calling on the Department of Justice to look into this matter immediately to ensure New York is fully compliant with HAVA’s voter registration requirements in the run-up to the 2022 election and beyond,” the congresswoman said. “Faith in our elections is at an all-time low because far too many jurisdictions across the country, including right here in New York, are failing to comply with even the most basic election integrity measures. The Election Integrity Caucus will continue to lead the fight to change this.”

My commentary on this is, if there were 3.1 million illegal New York ballots cast in 2020 then it’s NOT 80 million to 79 million – it’s more like 77 million to 79 million, a real horse race.

Further, it has been reported AZ, MI, GA and other states all broke election law during the 2020 election. If true, why is nothing being done about it? While we are being silenced with lame excuses about recounts showing no change… why is it no one is pointing out the fatal flaw in the “recounts”?

If you count the same batch of votes over and over and over, you’ll come up with the same fraudulent number. TELL ME WHERE ALL THESE VOTES CAME FROM?? If you count the same number of fraudulently collected votes over and over, of course you will come up with the same vote tally. This doesn’t mean 2020 was a clean election. Far from it.

You’re telling me, one candidate couldn’t get 30 people out to a rally and yet, somehow he got 80 million of them got off their couch long enough to mail in a ballot? If he did – and I am dubious, was it legal? The real question isn’t whether 2020 was legitimate or not… it’s not even about January 6th.
